This program follows, through music, the path from first encountering song to the present. This time we have gathered works centered on the footprints of art song. Looking back on the path from “the past” to “now,” what can be seen “beyond”? I myself want to see that.
A video woven from a no-audience recording at Ginza Oji Hall, talk in the dressing room, and glimpses backstage and of everyday life — I sense it becoming a kind of documentary. In these times called the COVID pandemic, that is precisely why such a new door has opened.
